The plant was founded in 1955 and for more than 60 years has been supplying the market of Kazakhstan and neighboring countries with the necessary special equipment, container-loading equipment, metal structures and various types of fencing.
Today, UARM offers its customers a wide range of products and services. The plant's product line includes tank trucks, trailed tank-loading equipment, semi-trailers, firefighting and municipal equipment, metal structures of various types, Euro containers for solid waste with a volume of 0.24; 0.36 and 1.1 m3. And of course, anti-corrosion coating services are in great demand in the market of western Kazakhstan: hot-dip galvanizing, electrochemical galvanizing and spraying with zinc-containing paint and varnish coating. UARM gained nationwide fame thanks to the production of fire fighting tankers, the production of which has been carried out since 2000.

The strategic goal of the plant’s production activities is to produce competitive products of guaranteed and stable quality that fully meet the requirements and expectations of consumers. The quality policy of the enterprise is built on this thesis, which defines the main tasks and goals in the field of quality.
During a visit to the plant, Head of State N.A. Nazarbayev noted the work carried out to modernize and update the fleet of technological equipment and highly appreciated the quality of the products - special vehicles.
